FAQ: Who are you? What are you doing here? What are you writing about? Who have you written for? Do you like milk?

I’m 17. I’m studying for my AS Levels, all essay subjects oddly enough. I’ve been called an up and coming young music, fashion and lifestyle journalist, but what I actually am is a troublemaker, a twisted firestarter. I’m an instigator…a mind detanator…ok, I just love to write and tell people what’s on my mind.

I’m looking to establish myself online, by featuring original content alongside what I’ve written for outside publications, including some pretty cool magazines. Indeed, the page views are encouraging and the feedback is useful (usually), but I’m happiest to be writing for an audience of any size. Yes, you! You matter.

I love the following things: music, blogging, peoplewatching, languages, art, spectacularly subliminal advertising, eating Skodas, worshipping Magnums, cult films, poetry/writing, the 80s…and much more. Just oodles. I am also a slight poseur and model for my friend Cathryn Innocent, hence the pics below and those which sometimes make an appearance in my blogs. I don’t take myself very seriously, promise.

Sometimes I get really nice fanmail…thanks in particular to Ally at Current.com who thought my work was ‘hilarious’, your email made my day.

I just hope I can follow my dreams and continue being nice about the inevitably bad bits, which sounds less naive than I know it should._

I’ve also presented for Roland/Boss, the video of which will be up here in early 2010!
